INGREDIENTS-:

Olive oil
thinly sliced potatoes
salt and pepper
onion thinly sliced
eggs
tomatoes peeled and chopped
green onions chopped


PROCEDURE:-

1)Take a frying pan and pour Olive oil and heat it. Sprinkle potatoes lightly with salt and pepper.
Cook until golden brown colour appears and crisp,
2)Now take these fried potatoes and stir in the onions. Now stir it until the onions
turn to brown colour.
3)Beat the eggs and mix with salt and pepper. Pour eggs into a pan and stir it until gets combined.
Cook until eggs become to brown.
