TASTY EGG FRIED RICE

I just came from my office and was feeling very hungry by that time. I want to prepare something which will be tasty and easy to cook. So I thought of a recipe. At that time, I have only eggs to cook. So, I made egg fried rice within ten minutes and enjoyed my movie.

Looking great, isn't it? Its easy to prepare. Please look down for the ingredients and procedure of cooking.

INGREDIENTS:--

Rice( long grained)
sunflower oil
onions
eggs
peanut oil
salt

PROCEDURE:-

1) Take a pan and put rice into it with doubled the amount of salted water. Boil it.

2) Cover the pan with a lid and cook it in low heat for about 30 minutes.

3) Now cool it for sometime. Whisk the eggs with sunflower oil and little salt.

4) Take a pan and pour peanut oil into it and stir and fry the cool rice for about 3 minutes. 




5) Then add the eggs and stir in for another 2 to 3 minutes.

6) Add salt , pepper and dry onions and stir and heat for another 3 minutes.

Now your egg fried rice is served very hot. Tasty too. Its very easy to prepare. This is one of the chinese recipe cooked worldwide.

THAI GREEN PAPAYA SALAD

I bought fruits from the market for some refreshment. Suddenly, I found green papaya which was 
unripe and kept it a side. It struck my mind to prepare a salad with green papaya. 
Something special with green papaya fruit. I read that this is a thai recipe which tastes differ
ently but unique. I cooked it and served. It's very tasty. The combination is very unique.
I would tell you the procedure for this famous recipe of thailand.


INGREDIENTS:-
small green papaya
roasted peanuts or cashews
bean sprouts
tomatoes with thin wedges
spring onions cut like pieces
basil leaves chopped in coriander
red chili, seeds removed and sliced


DRESSING:-
take a tablespoon of soyasauce
2 tablespoons good tasted vegetable oil
2 tablespoon of soyasauce
3 tablespoon of limejuice
1 tablespoon of honey 
chili flakes or pepper

PREPARATION:-
The papaya should not be so ripe. Take an unripe one which is green outside.




1)Stir all the ingredients listed in the "DRESSING" in a pan.
Soyasauce is dissolved fully. Add honey (amount which you want to be added) for sweet taste.

2)Take a knife and peel it off, and slice it to half and remove the seeds. Place it in a
large bowl.

3)Add sliced tomato, onion, bean sprouts, and basil leaves. Pour this over the dressing and mix 
it well until dissolved fully.

4)Now add the nuts. If you want the dish to be more sweeter add a little a honey. If you want
more flavour then add a little soyasauce. If you want it to be hot add chili.

5)Now your hot Green papaya salad is prepared. Garnish it with basil leaves and coriander.
sprinkle more nuts.

CHINESE RECIPE - HONEY LEMON CHICKEN

That was a weekend. I felt very bored and in a mood to prepare something and immediately got a chinese recipe which I remembered. That is Honey Lemon Chicken which I made it in 20 min very easily. It was very tasty. Iam going to explain you the recipe.





INGREDIENTS:-


chicken cut into thin pieces
oil for deep frying

PREPARING MARINADE:-
salt(sufficient amount)
whitepepper(1 teaspoon)
sugar(1/2 teaspoon)
lemon juice(2 teaspoon)
corn starch(1 teaspoon)
water(4 teaspoon)

PREPARING HONEY LEMON JUICE:-
Honey (4 teaspoons)
water(1/2 cup)
salt(sufficient amount)
white pepper( 1 teaspoon)

PROCEDURE:-
Soak the chicken pieces which are cut into thin strips in the Marinade we prepared by mixing the ingredients given above.Soak it for altogether 10 min. 
  • Now take a big bowl and whisk one egg.Mix it with flour ,salt and pepper. The mixture made must be smooth.Drop the chicken strips into the big bowl and mix it well until the egg and mixture of flour, salt and pepper is well coated.

  • After that mix all the ingredients in honey sauce as well and keep it aside.

  • Take a pan now and heat it up by pouring oil.Gently drop the coated chicken pieces into the pan and prevent the pieces from sticking each other.


  • Fry them deeply to red brown.Now take a saucepan and pour honey lemon sauce which we prepare and heat  it lightly. Until the sauce is heated it should not be removed.

  • Take a Lettuce leaf onto a plate and serve with the chicken pieces on top and pour honey lemon sauce garnished with sesame seeds.

  • Now enjoy the dish with hot rice.
